Position Summary: The Machine Operator operates, monitors, and maintains production equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient production while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Description of Duties:

• Operate and monitor food processing and packaging machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up machines, including calibration, document completion, and adjustments for different products.
• Ensure production lines meet efficiency, safety, and quality targets.

Relevant du Directeur des opérations, le titulaire du poste est responsable de l’élaboration, de l’administration, de l’implantation, de la coordination et de l’évaluation des programmes de santé et sécurité au travail pour les 3 sites au Canada (Montréal, Oakville et Vancouver). PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Diriger et examiner les analyses de données d'accidents et d'incidents afin d'identifier les nouveaux besoins ou les modifications requises au niveau des programmes en santé et sécurité au travail.
• Être à l'affût des renseignements sur la sécurité au travail afin de veiller à ce que soient adoptés les meilleures méthodes et les meilleurs équipements pour minimiser les risques au travail.
• Gérer les dossiers d’accidents de travail en collaboration avec la mutuelle en prévention et s’assurer que les travaux légers et le retour au travail des employés soient gérés efficacement.

• Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe.

Als Strategischer Einkäufer (Non-Food) verstärken Sie unser Team an unserem Hauptsitz in Salzburg. In dieser Position sind Sie für die DACH-Region verantwortlich, mit besonderem Fokus auf unsere deutschsprachigen Märkte.

Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien, dem Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften, der Optimierung von Einkaufskosten sowie der nachhaltigen Wertschöpfung für das gesamte Unternehmen.

Aufgaben

• Identifizierung, Bewertung, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung strategischer Lieferanten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios.
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen zur Förderung von Innovationen, Qualitätsverbesserungen, Nachhaltigkeit und Kostenwettbewerbsfähigkeit.
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Beschaffungsmarktanalysen sowie Beobachtung relevanter Markttrends und Indizes.
• Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen und strategischen Kooperationsverträgen.
• Identifikation und Realisierung von Einsparungspotenzialen durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungs- und Kostenreduktionsmaßnahmen.
• Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Einkaufsprojekten und Unterstützung strategischer Unternehmensziele.
• Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung sowie aktive Umsetzung von Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und nachhaltigen Wertschöpfung.

Skills

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Supply Chain Managements, Einkaufs oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets.
• Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Non-Food und/oder Verpackungen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
• SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Eigenmotivation und starke Ergebnisorientierung.

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt 2.953,06 € pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Stunden pro Woche). Als Produktionsmitarbeiter verstärken Sie unser Team bei Eppers in Saarbrücken. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position unterstützen Sie die Herstellung und Verpackung unserer hochwertigen Produkte und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb der Produktion. Durch Ihre sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Ihr Qualitätsbewusstsein und Ihre Zuverlässigkeit tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards einzuhalten und die termingerechte Belieferung unserer Kunden sicherzustellen.

Tasks 

• Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen
• Herstellung, Abfüllung und Verpackung unserer Produkte gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen
• Bereitstellung von Rohstoffen, Verpackungsmaterialien und Hilfsstoffen für die Produktion
• Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Sichtkontrollen während des Produktionsprozesses
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Rüst-, Reinigungs- und Umstellarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen
• Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten gemäß den geltenden Vorgaben
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen
• Durchführung allgemeiner Produktionstätigkeiten
• Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich

Skills

• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie, von Vorteil
