Tasks
- Entry of orders into the ERP system
- Calculation and preparation of quotations
- Monitoring of ongoing orders, quotations, and projects
- Creation and maintenance of various articles in the system
- Coordination of deliveries, including sample shipments
- Close collaboration with field sales representatives, production/planning, and our graphic design department
- Customer support regarding product inquiries, pricing, delivery times, etc., or forwarding requests to technical consulting
Skills
- Completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation as well as a proactive, independent, and structured working style
- Confident and friendly demeanor with strong team spirit

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.741,61 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
