Tasks
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships in the system catering sector
- Develop application concepts as well as individual customer strategies to increase sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and optimize the product range
- Conduct annual reviews and framework agreement negotiations
- Work closely with R&D and production to ensure product quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Identify and monitor current trends in the system catering market
Skills
- Completed vocational training in the food sector (e.g., chef, food technology) and several years of relevant professional experience in system catering
- Industry knowledge in foodservice and understanding of processes in system catering
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements
- Strong market understanding and trend awareness in the foodservice sector
- Negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.477,13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
