Tasks
- Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of time management systems (time tracking and absences)
- Reviewing, processing, and settling travel expenses in accordance with internal policies
- First point of contact for employees and managers regarding working hours, time tracking, and travel expenses
- Maintenance and continuous updating of digital personnel files
- Supporting the optimization of HR processes, particularly in the areas of time management and administration
- Administration of selected employee benefits (e.g. climate ticket, job bike leasing, etc.)
Skills
- Completed commercial education (e.g. business school, vocational training, apprenticeship)
- Initial experience in an HR administrative environment, ideally with time management or travel expense accounting – or strong motivation to develop in this area
- Very good German and good English skills
- Strong service and solution orientation with enthusiasm for working with employees
- Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive personal dataConfident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and high level of reliability
