At NovaTaste, we develop taste solutions that delight people every day. To further drive our growth in the Turkish market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who can build sustainable customer relationships, identify opportunities, and develop successful solutions together with our customers.
Your Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for our customers in the meat industry, you will support them throughout the entire product development and sales process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and further developing existing customer relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers.
- Regularly visiting customers' Purchasing and R&D teams.
- Presenting our products and customized solutions.
- Coordinating the shipment of samples and documentation.
- Supporting product approvals and customer qualification processes.
- Preparing quotations and conducting price and contract negotiations.
- Monitoring orders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Technical, and Marketing teams.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Actively contributing to the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the food ingredients industry, preferably in the meat or delicatessen sector.
- A degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Life Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- A passion for building long-term customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- A self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of technological processes in meat processing, or a willingness to develop this expertise.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Turkish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- A valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel within Türkiye.
