About the Role
As Sales Manager CPG, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within your assigned territory and customer portfolio. You will manage the full commercial cycle, from identifying opportunities and acquiring new customers to contract closure and ongoing account development. Your focus will be on achieving revenue and margin targets, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and building a reliable sales pipeline and forecast in line with NovaTaste's commercial strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by achieving sales, margin, and business targets
- Win new customers and grow strategic accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Negotiate agreements and successfully close business opportunities
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute account and territory growth plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and CRM data
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent NovaTaste at customer events, trade fairs, and industry conferences
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the food, ingredients, FMCG, or related industry
- Proven success in business development, customer acquisition, and account management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience developing and executing sales and account growth strategies
- Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Structured and self-driven working style with strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and willingness to travel frequently
