Your Talent

  • Ensure that distributors support sales initiatives as relevant
  • Lead and support distributors regarding the entire go-to-market process for each season (participation in meetings, ordering of samples…)
  • Provide advice on various sales and marketing strategies (including sponsorships and marketing cooperation)
  • Ensure that international cross-border accounts strategies are implemented in the relevant markets
  • Work closely with Marketing and Retail to ensure optimal representation of PUMA and increase brand heat

Your Mission

  • Develop deep understanding of local market environments, challenges and opportunities in 30+ countries
  • Identify and realize individual growth levers for most important markets
  • Define and revise sales targets for existing and new distributors according to the financial timeline
  • Define and implement wholesale and retail strategies with partners in order to meet the defined targets
  • Asses various options of the brand’s distribution and recommend options
  • Find appropriate distributors and negotiate and finalize contracts in order to meet targets
