Your Talent
- Ensure that distributors support sales initiatives as relevant
- Lead and support distributors regarding the entire go-to-market process for each season (participation in meetings, ordering of samples…)
- Provide advice on various sales and marketing strategies (including sponsorships and marketing cooperation)
- Ensure that international cross-border accounts strategies are implemented in the relevant markets
- Work closely with Marketing and Retail to ensure optimal representation of PUMA and increase brand heat
Your Mission
- Develop deep understanding of local market environments, challenges and opportunities in 30+ countries
- Identify and realize individual growth levers for most important markets
- Define and revise sales targets for existing and new distributors according to the financial timeline
- Define and implement wholesale and retail strategies with partners in order to meet the defined targets
- Asses various options of the brand’s distribution and recommend options
- Find appropriate distributors and negotiate and finalize contracts in order to meet targets
