Position Summary:
The General Manager (GM) for Paramit, located in Morgan Hill, CA, is a crucial leadership role responsible for providing the organization with strategic vision and operational oversight. Reporting to the Senior VP of Global Operations US & ASEAN, the GM collaborates with the executive team to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across global operations. This role requires a seasoned executive with exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of success in achieving organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with the Senior VP of Global Operations US & ASEAN, the GM translates vision into actionable goals, driving performance, growth, and efficiency.

- Find opportunities and drive actions that will allow performance to exceed the agreed plan, accelerate growth, improve margins, and drive down working capital needs.
- Develops and carries out strategies to deliver upon both long-term and short-term goals which also align with Paramit and Tecan's strategic business plans.
- Problem-identifier and solver; recognizes a wide range of early warning signals in the business, which allows and/or requires a proactive approach to problem prevention.
- Be the key representative of Paramit, communicating important decisions to executive leadership and the Management Board. Manage Paramit's overall development and ensure seamless general operations as teams accomplish established goals.

- Partner with the Head of Accounting and Controlling to achieve financial objectives, including sales targets, profitability, and cash flow management. Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional leaders. Fully responsible for the P&L for Paramit, make strategic and financial decisions that determine the trajectory of Paramit.
- Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will propel Paramit’s growth.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively to various internal and external stakeholders. Very strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation.

- Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies, all designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the company. Ensure the leadership team collectively provides accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring new customers, expanding our portfolio, and growing market share.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers. Support, encourage, and model solutions for Program Management to propose additional services that exceed our existing customers' evolving needs, growing revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Bring a blend of strategic and operational expertise and a track record of leadership experience in dynamic, complex, and highly regulated manufacturing environments delivering solid operational results.
- Knowledge of the levers that drive revenue and margin for the business.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the importance of delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction throughout their product's lifecycle with Paramit.
- Participate and contribute to customer solutions; maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, ensuring all employees understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- C-Level operational experience with full P&L responsibility, preferably with medical device equipment experience and especially in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion, preferably in the contract manufacturing sector
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute effectively.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost optimization, financial analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes, including familiarity with regulatory standards, especially ISO 13485 and ISO 27001, and FDA regulations.
- Experience leading a company consistently participating in audits is optimal. Exposure to various successful audits, including internal, customer, ISO, and FDA, is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work.
- Capable of walking within the office and on the manufacturing floor.
- Availability and physicality to travel locally or internationally, as needed via car or airplane, depending on the distance. Minimal travel required: 10%.

COMPENSATION RANGE: 5,000.00 - 0,000.00 DOE + Bonus
