What you will do to ensure a working IT-Environment and lead local IT team
Responsibilities will include
- Leadership Position is applicable: Manage local IT Team
- Lead IT Projects
- Ensure that procurement of Computer Hardware and Software following global standards
- Coordinate external resources
- Physical handling of local IT related infrastructure (LAN components, Projector, UPS, VoIP, Printers, Building Access System, etc.)
- Ensure User Management according to Global SOP (Creation, Change, Permission, etc.)
- Ensure availability of IT systems to authorized users
- Responsible for User support and IT related infrastructure at the sites defined in “Skills and Responsibility Matrixes”
- Maintain Services according to responsibility documented on the “Skills and Responsibility Matrixes”
