Assistant to GM 100%
What you will do
- Achieve tasks assigned by GM
Responsibilities will include
- Be responsible for preparing documents, spreadsheet, and presentation material as assigned, as well as the data/information research for GM office
- Responsible for the proper documentation for GM office
- Provide travel and logistics arrangements for GM, include arrange meetings, taking minutes and follow up of minutes.
- Be responsible for the business sales reports and consolidate all the local monthly reports to HQ timely
- Lead the annual meeting / Kick off meeting or other related business review meeting as well
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
What you bring along
- Bachelor degree in English or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Majored in Business Administration or Business Laws preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Good command of MS office software application
- 5 years of secretary experience; experience with a foreign invested enterprise would be a plus
