What you will do

In this challenging and important role you are working in the center of Tecan Partnering Business. You ensure that reporting and business analysis to PB management and upper Tecan group management is consolidated and communicated per financial calendar. Proactive communication within Partnering Business teams and cross-functional communication inside Tecan is of essence.

 

Responsibilities will include

• Preparation, consolidation, verification and submission of defined internal Partnering Business reporting communication as scheduled by Tecan’s financial calendar
• Creation and maintenance of defined SAP Business warehouse reporting for Partnering Business purposes
• Management and support Partnering Business users in Tecan’s CRM tool
• Drive active future development of Tecan’s CRM tool
• Participation in internal projects to enhance sales tool infrastructure for Partnering Business
• Monitoring of existing PB Systems contracts regarding implementation degree of sales

What you bring along

• University degree (BA or MA) in Economics
• Excellent English skills is a must, German or any other language would be beneficial
• At least 3 years of working experience in a function in which CRM was used
• Ability to think global and to focus on details
• Working actively with SAP Business Applications (R3, Business Warehouse, CRM) and MS Excel (formulas, macros, programming)
• Willingness to travel approx. 10-15% local and internationally
