Technical Support Specialist (Helpdesk) 100% (m/w/d)
What you will do
In this newly created office based position you will serve as the first line of contact to our customers in the DACH-Region and occasionally other European countries.
Responsibilities will include
- Respond to customer requests and complaints from different channels (e.g. mail, phone, www .., )
- lnitiate and monitor progress of on-site interventions as well as in-house repairs if needed
- Analyse and solve customer complaints
- lnteract with customers and internal staff to document circumstances and conditions that result in a complaint
- Take ownership on customer requests and complaints and escalates them to Regional Organization (RO) or Expertline if needed
- Maintain knowledge of instruments and products by attending educational workshops
- Act together with a team of technical support agents to achieve best possible efficiency
What you bring along
- Technical experience or relevant Lab industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
- Experience as e.g. Call Center Agent is a clear plus
- Native German speaker, English B2 or higher, any other European language is a bonus
